Are you a detail-oriented digital organizer that lives and breathes file structures and data management? Does the thought of cluttered, messy digital assets keep you up at night? We want to talk.


We’re looking for a passionate, out-of-the-box Digital Organizer who will do whatever it takes to sort, organize and merge our company’s digital assets once and for all. A quick background on us: While we may have just gotten started 15 years ago, our products have grown quickly to touch 35 million people a month… and we’re still growing faster than ever. But in the middle of that quick growth, our digital assets became scattered. Long story short, we’re looking for a digital cleanup SWOT leader to come in and help us get organized, so we can continue to work better and faster.


This position requires an experienced organizer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and has an entrepreneurial spirit of building things. You truly have the opportunity to be at the center of it all and shape our future, as you architect and build a repeatable system for organizing everything - from internal intranets to entire organizational frameworks.

If you’re not obsessed with understanding big picture organizational schemes, enterprise organization, or the root of why organization is important, this may not be the role for you.



  • You must have expert-level knowledge in data cleanup, enterprise content management, information architecture, taxonomies and file tagging
  • You must have experience in bringing structure and clarity to file chaos, allowing our team to create amazing sh*t faster by leveraging the content we’ve already created
  • You must have a solid understanding of organizational processes and how to engineer for collaboration and innovation
  • You must be a great communicator and clarity focused. Someone who can see it, get it, and communicate it well
  • You must be able to provide online portfolio, email templates, or other work samples demonstrating relevant experience
  • Experience with organizing Mindmaps, Confluence, Jira and Google Drive is a plus
