We’re looking for a creative, kick-a*$ Learning Management Strategist to help us develop and execute a training program that will inspire the best and the brightest. We live and breathe the idea that people learn more by doing than they do by seeing or hearing. We want someone to take this belief and make it into a reality by designing and implementing a rockstar talent development program.

In this role, you will be owning and developing various training and learning programs for our company managers and employees by drawing on different trends in cognitive learning ﹘ gamification, training workshops, social learning, employee development training, learning portals, skills assessment programs, and more. The ideal candidate would be people-obsessed and have proven experience in creating and leading creative leadership development programs in the past.



  • Build a unique training program for Hello Innovation that inspires employees and is in support of our brand values, vision, beliefs and mission. This may include training manuals, activities, worksheets, workshops, online training programs, etc.
  • Integrate adult learning and development theories into multi-platform training initiatives for new and current employees.
  • Lead employees through the learning and talent development process, while also navigating them through complex problems by offering simple, smart solutions.
  • Follow and understand trends related to learning and employee development, particularly as it relates to customer experience and support.



  • Someone who is creative, curious, interactive and engaging
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills (in both visual and written communication), with the ability to inspire and drive people to take action
  • Proven experience in talent learning, development and training is a must. Must also have experience in process improvement and change management
